The compilation, arrangement, and assembly of all content on GHIMS Monitor, as well as all software used to generate such content, is the exclusive property of Axon Information Systems Limited and protected by international copyright laws.

License & Usage Rights

Limited License

Axon Information Systems Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the GHIMS Monitor application on your personal iOS device and to use it in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell the app or any of its contents
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Use automated systems or bots to access the application

Terms of Service

User Responsibilities

As a user of GHIMS Monitor, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notifying Axon Ghana immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your device meets minimum system requirements
• Keeping your device software and operating system updated
• Maintaining an active internet connection for synchronization

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use GHIMS Monitor to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any individual or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the application or its servers
• Attempt unauthorized access to protected areas or data

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

GHIMS Monitor collects the following types of information:

• Account Information: Phone number, password, name, and assignment details
• Location Data: GPS coordinates for clock-in/out verification and facility tracking
• Activity Data: Shift records, incident reports, and progress tracking information
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and app version

Data Usage

Collected data is used solely for:

• Authenticating users and maintaining secure accounts
• Providing app functionality and features
• Synchronizing data across devices
• Improving application performance and security
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements

Data Protection

Your data is protected through:

• Firebase authentication with industry-standard encryption
• HTTPS/TLS protocols for data transmission
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls limiting data to authorized personnel
• Compliance with GDPR and local data protection regulations

Data Retention

Data is retained as follows:

• Active User Data: Retained for the duration of employment and 30 days after account closure
• Incident Reports: Retained for compliance and audit purposes per organizational policy
• Location Data: Retained for 6 months for audit trails

Limitation of Liability

GHIMS Monitor is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Axon Information Systems Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

GPS Accuracy Disclaimer

GPS location data may be affected by environmental factors, signal strength, and device limitations. Axon Ghana Limited does not guarantee absolute accuracy of location-based features. Always verify critical location data through alternative means if necessary.

Data Loss Disclaimer

While GHIMS Monitor implements offline-first architecture, Axon Ghana Limited recommends maintaining regular backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, network issues, or user error.

Service Interruption

Axon Information Systems Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted access to GHIMS Monitor. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or service modifications without notice.

Third-Party Services

GHIMS Monitor uses Firebase services. Your use is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Axon Ghana Limited is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

Contact Information

Modifications to Terms

Axon Ghana Limited reserves the right to modify these legal terms and policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app or website. Continued use of GHIMS Monitor after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These terms and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
